This is a growing collection of artist's failures when approaching social practice.

This is place to examine all the ways we trip up, fall, get bruised, cry, ask for help, forget to ask for help, get offended, offend others, create a disaster with the best intentions, go into complex situations unprepared, go into easy situations that turn complex, forget to honour, forget to claim space, forget to give space, lose your ego, lose a friend, drive a project into a wall, or even the small, tiny things that sometimes hinder everything like a little splinter in our toe. One of the best ways we can learn from each other is to be honest, vulnerable and show how we fail. Little fails or epic fails welcome. All fit on one post-it note and all anonymous.

R.M. Sanchez-Camus is a creative practitioner who develops works of art in collaboration with community partners. He creates site-responsive works that activate dialogue, interaction, visual impact and community cohesion. His interests lay in neighbourhood narratives, hidden mythologies, psychogeography, and outdoor works.

He has been commissioned by leading organisations with remits in public art and social practice such as Artangel, People United, and Freedom Festival, and in 2017 co-founded Social Art Network UK, which he continues to co-manage.
